This is My Pennsylvania - Leader in Abolition Laws AQ 284536

Lovely tribute to Brenda.

Continue down the trail.

 Cross over the creek.
The little creek leads to the big creek which leads to Prompton Lake.
The bridge to nowhere.
View from the bridge, first the V tree and then the chosen tree.

This is as far north as you can drive on the South Shore road.
Pick me, pick me!
Since this "trail" used to be a road, I am not exactly sure what this metal pole was used for.  Maybe as a landmark for a letterbox??  Note added:  the first finder of this box said that this is actually the second metal pole on the trail.  It was the only one I noticed but the growth was pretty high.
Front side of this tree.
Awkward picture but there is a branch wedged into the front of the tree, the box is behind it.

Park in fourth parking spot facing woods from boat rental end of the lot.
Magical view from the stump!
20 steps to the right from the magical view.
Pictures from the Frances Slocum trail....where I was supposed to place this box.

This is My Pennsylvania - Good Drugs AQ 280422

Walk up the messy macadam trail.
When you see this sign, turn left onto the dirt trail.
Cross over these pipes.

The yellow blazes were few and far between.
Look for this carved beech tree.

Then take a couple of steps forward on the trail, look uphill for this downed V tree.
Get a little closer and look behind the tree.
Whoop, there it is!

The Empty Basket Series - The Boxing Box AQ 249780

Find this preserve at 47 Rabbit Run Ln, Bear Creek Township, PA and park in the lot right off of the road.
Be prepared!  The only thing I ran into while I was here was a garter snake and some boisterous dogs which were off leash.  (Yes, I did tell the owners they needed to be on leash.  They weren't too happy with me.)
Take the red trail which leads east right off the parking lot.  Watch for this large rock.
Look on the back side of the rock, tucked between it and the tree.  Please use care if there are other hikers in the area.

Stained Glass #3 AQ 279961

I had passed this cemetery on the way to the Promised Land campground and kept kicking myself for not stopping to place a Stained Glass box there.  Miraculously, on the way home, I passed it again and stopped this time!
Old River Road between T301 and Bear Lake Road, Thornhurst, PA
GPS Coordinates: Latitude: 41.19390, Longitude: -75.57310
Low stone wall on the right side of the cemetery.
Pouch is tucked under the large rock at the base of the tree closest to the road.
There is no need to move any rocks to obtain the pouch.  Please fill the opening with ground clutter to prevent groundskeepers from finding it.  The decon container is not part of this box.

This is My Pennsylvania - Black Bears AQ 284184

Look for Parking Area 2 which can be found on the right side of the road between the park office and the campground.
 Go into the parking area.
The parking area is grassy and very muddy in wet weather.  Once parked, look to the left and notice the multi trail which is shown on the left side of the picture below and a grassy area on the right.  Head to the grassy area.
Go ahead, walk back into it.
As you walk into the opening, look to your right.
Look for a rotting stump about 15 feet in.
Go take a closer look at it!
And then walk around to the back of it. See that overdone pile of rocks?  Check there.
In case you couldn't see it in the first picture, here is another.
This box may be moved in the future.  I was hiking alone this weekend and the bear talk kind of scared me away from spending too much time on the trail.  I am hoping to return to find all of the wonderful boxes in this park with friends and hopefully will find a better spot for this box.  Keep checking back for updated clues if you are planning on searching for this one.
